No you can set your filters and you can block them but there will always be more coming. Yahoo does not have the feature to block all email except the ones in your contact list. Hope this helps!!!
Is there a way to block ALL EMAIL from my account, EXCEPT email from those addresses I list as permitted?
A filter might do what you want.
