Spam is full and now my email address appears to be on every ones mailing list. How do I stop this happening?

To stop this from happening, you should look on the bottom of the email messages and click where it asks you to unsubscribe, that helped me a lot

Go in to "Mail Options" then you see all the options hit "Spam" and then there is a option to block up to 500 email addresses. Or an easier way is to get a new address
Reply:Change all your details and accounts also passwords,only notify those you trust about the changes when you send them the new contact invites.STOP JOINING RISKY SOCIAL SITES.
