but if you have to i think that you should go to places like virginmedia - which are in a bit of trouble at the mo and ask them for addresses or you can just make up a load of random adresses and hope that they are real people!

That way you build up your own genuine data base of interested potential customers, who probably won't object if you continue to email them once in a while with promotions.

We are a small not for profit and we are trying to send a notice to our volunteers (270). Is there a way to paste them into a category without entering them one at a time. We tried to paste into the address but it asks for "" and ,

First you must have all contacts in your address book.


1. From your Yahoo Mail page, click the Contacts tab.


2. Check the boxes next to the names you want in this group (category).


3. Click the "Add To Category" tab above the address book.


4. In the new drop down menu, click on "New Category."


5. Type the title of the category in the box that opens in the upper left. Click OK.

I've been getting failed email notices that my avatar name has sent a email to an unknown company. It says not a valid address. It comes in my inbox from Q/A. I can't figure that one out. In your case if you don't know the address you can block it, or spam it. I can't do either with the ones I get. These are probably phishing
