Yahoo sent my email to someone I don't know; not on my TO: list. How does this happen and how to stop it?
I've been getting failed email notices that my avatar name has sent a email to an unknown company. It says not a valid address. It comes in my inbox from Q/A. I can't figure that one out. In your case if you don't know the address you can block it, or spam it. I can't do either with the ones I get. These are probably phishing
Reply:I dont know, but i keep getting mail from people to someone using the same email address as mine, %26amp; i have no idea who the person is (its really not me).
I have wondered how they could possibly have the same email address, as my tag is very unusual.

Have anyone heard of this paypal email where you send money and put yourself on a list. And is it legal?
You send money to the 1st and 4th person on the llist and then you delete them by pushing the others on the list up and add yourself to the list, but don't put yourself first. My biggest question is this legal. And have anyone tried and received money in their paypal account.

Sounds a bit dodgy to me, however I do no transactions over the net so I have no experience here.
Reply:This is a classic pyramid scheme and all pyramids are illegal.
The reason you don't want to get into this is that it is always dependant on someone down stream from you wanting to play along. If they don't get other people to send money, then the leg ends and you loose. Since it takes three to four legs down before you have any chance of getting anything back, that's a lot of chances people will give up on the idea before you get any money at all. And if any one of them reports it, everyone at the top is in trouble. Plus, if Paypal finds out there service is being used this way, they will freeze the accounts too.
If you have money to throw away on something like this, invest in the stock market instead. At least there is a good chance your money will grow faster than in a savings account and you will be helping businesses hire more people, invent new products, and increase business in the United States. How do you create an email distribution list in AOL? (And how stupid is it that this isn't in their help?)
On the top bar select "Write". Open your address book and select "Add Group".
Add the names you want and select a name for the group. When you want to send to that group double click the name in your address book.

Everytime I am going to send an email to a group of 130 people, I have to divide the group in two. When they reply only half of the group receives their response as well.

Well on question 1, I don't know if the system is set up to send emails to 130 at one time so I would continue to divide them up.
On question 2, I would try using Outlook Express. At least on this mail programme you will receive a notice from the server telling you which ones did not get sent. Most of the time the reason for failure to deliver is because you have made one tiny mistake in putting the email address into your address book properly. When OE tells you which ones weren't sent, you can check your typing to find out why they didn't go thru.

I want to always have access to the group so, I can easily send them all the same message .

Is there a way to find out a list of recently created yahoo email addresses?
I don't think there is, due to privacy laws.
