I have over 5 million email addresses.How can I add all of these to 1 list and send them out at the same time? Do I need to own a server? Do I need certain software? If so how much will this cost and where can I get it from?

uhm ... 5 million addresses ... uh let's say that you own a company and those the the email adresses of your contacts (clients, furnitors). u need a smtp service on your website to make the newslist. but i don't think that you can send to all 5 million emails at once. but u can send the message for each email with smtp service and a little programing splitting the emails and sending the messages.

Accidentally marked email list as spam?

I belong to an email list for a radio station and accidentally marked one of the emails as spam, I guess. Now all the email from the station goes to my spam folder. I have marked multiple emails as "not spam" but they keep on being recieved as so. I think it is because it appears as though the emails are being sent by certain individuals and not the list. Is there any way to remedy this?

Yes, there is a remedy!





First, you need to un-block the address. Go to Options (upper right hand side), then to Block Address, search for that address and remove it from the list.





Second, if you add that email address to your email address book, it will never be marked as Spam or Bulk again.





Third, to stop unwanted email, do the following:





Log into your Email, go to Options (upper right hand side). Go through all your settings and don't forget to save them too.





When you get to Block Address, type in spammer.com, this will stop all Spam that has been reported to Yahoo from ever entering your email.





When you get to Bulk Mail, option to automatically delete all Bulk mail.





If you get email from someone you don't know, NEVER open it (it may contain viruses) and report it as SPAM. This will automatically block it from your email account.





This should slow down the Junk Mail considerably.

Reply:Next time you get an e-mail from the radio station and it's in your bulk folder open it and as soon as you open it you will have options it will be delete, reply, forward, not spam, move.


Click on "Not Spam" and after that the e-mails will start going to your in box again.
Reply:First, click on Options in the upper right corner of your inbox and then on Block Addresses. Make sure that if any group addresses are listed there that you remove them.





If all these messages have a certain word or phrase in the subject line, it's also possible to create a filter to route all those messages to your inbox or another folder. See http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/manag...

Reply:Make your super list into three.a-l,m-z, and newbees. Or start segregating and being more selective as to who gets one kind of your mass Emails. Maybe based on positive or lack of negative feedback or just time. Have a list of folks that are told to renew interest with feedback or this site has to curtail sending to them.

How do I get my list of 76 email addresses to print out in a continuous list instead of broken into 4 parts?

Depending on from what application you are getting thoses email addresses from but both Outlook and Yahoo are able to export or convert those addresses to a .CSV file or Comma Separated Values.





First you need to EXPORT those email addresses to your a location in your HD by naming and saving it. Open your Excel program.





In Excel, locate the .CSV file you just saved and open it. Once in Excel, you basically can do whatever you want to that file or simply erase the rest of the unecessary columns except for the email address column. From there you can re-format and print them without any breaks in between.

Go here and select Export Bookmarks. Designate the file you want to save it in. Now you can print the file or email it as an attachment. You can also use Yahoo Briefcase and put your favorites (bookmarks) in it an anyone can have access to it.

If it were me, I would get the list up on the screen then take a screen shot. then paste into a programme like paint and save as a jpeg file and you can then do whatever you want with it!!
