Is there a set of programs that contain email function,calender function, and a task list?
Thunderbird will handle emails and it has an addon that gives it a calendar and task list function.
I'll try to find the name of the addon.

Otherwise Google and Yahoo both offer online email/calendar/tasklist functions.
