I cannot insert addesses from contact list when sending an email. How can I fix this?

1. What OS are you using? (eg. Windows, Mac)


2. What email client are you using? (eg. Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Mac Mail)


3. What address book / contact list are you using? (eg, one built in to the application, or separate)


4. How are you trying to add contacts? (eg. doubleclick, using an "add" button, drag and drop)





*edit* if it is a yahoo issue, and using the yahoo email webpage access, could it be that popups are not enabled in your browser for the site, so when you click "To:" the addressbook popup gets blocked?

Try it this way In Yahoo:


After you click on Compose or Forward to open the Compose Page, click on TO and your address book will open on top of the page you are in.


Check the boxes (TO, BC or BCC) next to those you wish to Forward to, go to the top of the list and click on "Insert Checked Contacts." The address book will close and the names you selected will be in the fields you selected.
