I've been getting failed email notices that my avatar name has sent a email to an unknown company. It says not a valid address. It comes in my inbox from Q/A. I can't figure that one out. In your case if you don't know the address you can block it, or spam it. I can't do either with the ones I get. These are probably phishing

Depending on the number of recipients you have, you could either try to send out a few e-mails with 50 recipients on each (that is if you have like 200-300 people on the list, which would mean braking them up into 4-6 groups of 50), or you could look for an e-mail provider that will let you send e-mails to more recipients.
Yahoo! won't let you send it for the same reason - number of recipients is limited. this is just another measure they use to fight spammers, nothing you can do about it.
If you need to send it to thousands of people, then just go to Yahoo! search and search for "send e-mail to unlimited number of recipients". you'll get more than enough results, just pick one.

well, add the same e mail address to your address book... so that it won't put other e mails from the same person as spam again... thou7gh the one that you've spammed now can't be got or read again.... except that you 'go one page back' and read it... thats it!

First, to answer the question:
Go to your Yahoo Mail account and click on 鈥極ptions鈥?(to the right, near the top). Under 鈥楳anagement鈥?click on 鈥楳ail Addresses鈥? then select the account you are having trouble with (there is probably only one) and select 鈥楨dit鈥? Enter your full email address in the box labeled 鈥楻eply to:鈥?under 鈥楴ame and Email鈥?and select 鈥楽ave鈥?(at the left).

You may want to leave the 'Reply to:' box blank; when someone replies to your email it will still automatically go to you (when you fill in the 'Reply to:' box all replies go to the address entered, but when it is left blank the recipient鈥檚 email handler defaults to reply to the sender), and there will be a slightly lessened chance that your emails will sometimes be mistaken for spam and accidentally blocked by some spam filters.

A couple of weeks ago I found this website (which took a long time in the first place), but then my computer crashed (Haha, Window XP...) and I lost it and couldnt find it again (didnt add it to favorites in time and it wasnt in history or temporary internet files when I restarted).

Five, If i wanted to know if that website existed I would have said so.

Every time we try - when I open her list and try to print it or add it to my current files, the system sends me to my address book and does not acknowledge the emailed addresses at all. Put all the 300 e-mail ids in the bcc section. the mail will go to all of them, but none will be able to see who all the mail was marked to. Just do a test with adding ur n ur boss and 1 or 2 other ppl's mailids in the bcc field and send a test mail.. u'll figure.

it is a virus/worm you really need to run an anti virus program in the safe mode to access the most files. Anytime you even think it is a virus, you need to take action. start, run, type in msconfig, at the boot ini. tab. select safe mode, and click the internet box, it will boot in safe, run the program, then back to msconfig, select the original boot, it will boot back up in normal. there is a malware removal tool , it is in start, run, type mrt, this will check for malware installed.

So Update your anti virus and do a full system scan in safe mode to be safe. If you don't have an anti virus program then get one.
Once scanned look for the virus name and search again for removal instructions for your specific worm/virus.

So in the excel spreadsheet, save it as a typical .xls, then save it as a .csv. Go to Outlook and you should be able to go to Import and select a .csv file.

Just check in the box of that particular email and select "move to inbox" or "this is not spam." The wording may not be exactly that, but they do give you an opportunity to remove it from spam.

The spammers do quite nicely without any help from you. If he never posts his e-mail address anywhere, it may well be impervious to spam. I have several that are tightly controlled and have never received a piece of spam. If you can figure out what they are, feel free to spam me all you want!

I have a great income opportunity, which I have been very successful at marketing through BusinessWorldList (http://url123.com/eudew), but my response rate is declining because I have advertised so many times to the same people. If you have a similar list you can recommend, I would be pleased to hear about it. I don't want to spend a lot of money on it, but something comparable to the monthly fee charged by BusinessWorldList for thier Pro Membership would be good. Although I have been most successful with email, I would also be open to looking at other advertising media as well provided the cost is reasonable.

Accidentally marked email list as spam?
I belong to an email list for a radio station and accidentally marked one of the emails as spam, I guess. Now all the email from the station goes to my spam folder. I have marked multiple emails as "not spam" but they keep on being recieved as so. I think it is because it appears as though the emails are being sent by certain individuals and not the list. Is there any way to remedy this?

Yes, there is a remedy!
First, you need to un-block the address. Go to Options (upper right hand side), then to Block Address, search for that address and remove it from the list.
Second, if you add that email address to your email address book, it will never be marked as Spam or Bulk again.
Third, to stop unwanted email, do the following:
Log into your Email, go to Options (upper right hand side). Go through all your settings and don't forget to save them too.
When you get to Block Address, type in spammer.com, this will stop all Spam that has been reported to Yahoo from ever entering your email.
When you get to Bulk Mail, option to automatically delete all Bulk mail.
If you get email from someone you don't know, NEVER open it (it may contain viruses) and report it as SPAM. This will automatically block it from your email account.
This should slow down the Junk Mail considerably.

Depending on from what application you are getting thoses email addresses from but both Outlook and Yahoo are able to export or convert those addresses to a .CSV file or Comma Separated Values.
First you need to EXPORT those email addresses to your a location in your HD by naming and saving it. Open your Excel program.
In Excel, locate the .CSV file you just saved and open it. Once in Excel, you basically can do whatever you want to that file or simply erase the rest of the unecessary columns except for the email address column. From there you can re-format and print them without any breaks in between.
