I do not want every contact name showing up in the TO: window when the email is sent. I only want a single alias to show up.
Is it possible to set a single email alias for all of my contact list? or for a certain category?
Well Yahoo insists that at least one VALID address MUST be on the TO line----sooooooo---
to hide the contacts names---common practice is to put your own address (or alternate address) there and ALL other addresses on the BCC line, which stands for blind carbon copy.
The only name showing is your own which is on the TO line.
If you're using a category list----just put the category "name" on BCC, instead of the individual addresses.
