I just don't want filters I want blocking too. I mean I want them never making it to my in box.
What email provider or email client will allow me to only receive email from those on my contact list.?
Hotmail.
Go to "Options", then select "Filters and reporting." Choose the "Exclusive" option from your junk e-mail filters. According to Hotmail, they will then only allow "messages from your contacts and safe senders, Windows Live Hotmail service announcements, and alerts that you signed up for" to pass through the filter.
